Why Farmroute
Farm operations are physical, distributed, and time-sensitive. Farmroute connects the record in the office to the person doing the work—without pretending every day follows the plan.
About FarmrouteFAQ
The $50 monthly base subscription includes Farmroute’s core workforce tools, task and scheduling tools, unlimited messaging, unlimited invitations and workforce records, and 10 GB of farm cloud storage.
A worker starts a seven-day active period when they clock in. That active period costs $1 and does not restart every time the same worker clocks in during those seven days.
Yes. An employee profile can maintain separate relationships with multiple farms while each farm keeps its own workforce records, conversations, IDs, and permissions.
Farmroute is designed around local-first interactions and incremental synchronization. Work can continue through brief disruptions, then reconcile when a connection returns.
Ownership is explicit. Employee-owned files remain with the employee, while farm-saved records, completed submissions, and employer records stay with the farm according to retention rules.
